Town Water

Residential and Commercial

                Minimum bill $35.00 for 1,000 gallons

                Next 1,000 gallons for $6.75

                Next 1,000 gallons for $7.00

                Next 1,000 gallons for $7.25

         Over 4,000 gallons for $7.50 per 1,000 gallons

             Over 40,000 gallons will be the price of the                       bill plus an additonal $30.00.
 

Rural Water

Residential and Commercial

       Minimum bill $38.00 for 1,000 gallons

                Next 1,000 gallons for $6.95

                Next 1,000 gallons for $7.25

                Next 1,000 gallons for $7.50

      Over 4,000 gallons for $7.75 per 1,000 gallons
 

Sewer

Residential and Commercial

                Minimum bill $12.00 for 1,000 gallons

         Over 1,000 gallons for 0.50 per 1,000 gallons

     
 

Tap Fees

 Standard in city limits $1,250

 Sewer (in city limits only) $100

 Standard out of city limits $1,250

 1 inch meter $1,500

 2 inch commercial meter $3,000

* 1" and 2" meters are commercial use only. All residential meters are 3/4".
 

Trash 

                1 can for $16

                2 cans for $21

                3 cans for $26

                4 cans for $31

                Dumpster $62
 

 

 

 

To establish water service you will need to bring the following items to the water department office located in the City Hall building: 

 

1. For Renter's- a lease agreement. For Owner's- a deed or proof of ownership.

2. Photo ID 

3. Water Deposit which can be paid with cash, check or money order 

         Call the office 918-483-8331 for rates on water  deposits.

4. Water Service Application. You can obtain in our office or there are forms provided below. 

5. All other balances must be paid in FULL before starting new service.
